Well system maintenance

The well system can be complex. Many small parts work together to bring water to your home, we deal with everything outside of the house and all the way in to the pressure tank inside.

upgrade your water delivery system with the all new:

   constant pressure system

If you notice a drop in pressure as you are using water with multiple fixtures, the CPS was designed so that drop in pressure does not happen.  This digital system senses that drop in pressure as another fixture is opened and sends water at the desired pressure immediately and does so as multiple fixtures are being used by running the pump as needed. The manifold we install delivers pressure as it becomes necessary so the motor in your pump is running only as you are running water.

Naturally, the well must be able to make enough GPM to sustain greater water demands. See Well Cleaning and Acidizing for more information.

Main Services

  • maintenance free air bladder tanks
  • New submersible pump installs
  • pressure switch and gauge replacements
  • proper Air charges (extending pump life)
  • Motor readings and pressure tests

New Technologies

brand new wells and water systems

Installing new water sustainability equipment is one of our primary fields of work.

Flooded Tank System

This is a water reserve system for low producing/yielding wells that run out of water rapidly

Typically used for wells that produce 1-4 GPM.

Services List

  • locate and expose leak
  • repair or replace  underground line
  • back fill and clean around exposed area

Underground water line repair

Over time the water line that runs under ground from the well outside, to the pressure tank (typically) inside can become compromised. The system will be cycling even when no water is being used, constantly.

  • cable tool style drilling
  • 5" or 6" steel casing 21' sections
  • Sta-Rite Pumps, Pentek Motors
  • WEll Xtrol: air bladder tanks
  • double jacketed copper, stranded (3) wire
  • 20' sections, schedule 80 pvc pipe
  • Lift pump, pipe and wire
  • drop down open bottom pipe and brush
  • force air into well
    • cleaning out larger mineral build up
  • pour acid down well for 24 hours to break down remaining build up along the screen, allowing greater gpm
           Other Variables:
  • Water demand (How much water is your household using?).
  • Coyote System Alternative - Shuts off pump if well is overdrawn to protect pump from spinning dry.

well cleaning and acidizing

If your well is in a sand vein, there is most likely a screen at the bottom of your well. Due to mineral build-up over time, water supply/ volume can become restricted.
